We have a plan!

Our Pangaea Posted on October 16, 2018 by BillOctober 16, 2018

Julie and I have fallen into a comfortable travel routine where we rarely know what we’re doing for the day until we check out the maps and books over our second cup of coffee. For the most part it has suited us but there have been occasions where the lack of forward planning has meant we’ve arrived somewhere just after the last ferry for the day or the famous museum/palace/cathedral … Continue reading →

Northern Portugal and Galicia

Our Pangaea Posted on October 12, 2018 by BillOctober 12, 2018

Iberia

Our Pangaea Posted on September 16, 2018 by BillSeptember 16, 2018

The Iberian Peninsula is the southern-most landmass of Europe, made up mainly of Spain and Portugal.  Julie and I had plans to spend the last portion of our Schengen visas in these two countries and we forged our way across southern France with good intentions.  We were slowed down by two distractions – the first planned, the second definitely not planned.  And in all of that Julie spent a night … Continue reading →
